Oh me, oh my. It was announced today that the Call of Duty series will finally move on from the events of the early 1940s for its fourth game. Yes, that means no more fishy WWII action (get it? Call of Duty? Cod? Hohoho).
The newly announced Modern Warfare, revealed during the NFL Draft, will now instead be set in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The trailer shown contains a Russian voiceover in the background, which can be translated to: "Today there is minus one nation in the world. The time has come to show what we really are. We are not afraid of anything."
