From Blast! Entertainment - the people who brought us the Little Britain game - comes another franchise-ruining opportunity.
The press release states that "Mr.Bean on PlayStation 2 will be made up of 3D levels avoiding tricky traps and problem solving along the way to find his missing Teddy with the help of Bean's girlfriend Irma Gobb." This being the only sentence in a double-page release that actually mentions anything about the game content - the rest rattles on about the viewing figures for Mr. Bean and how the game will be aimed at 'the kids' because their 'facts' tell them to do so. What this will undoubtedly translate to is condescending and utterly abysmal gameplay.
I hope Mr. Bean will come with a letter of apology to Rowan Atkinson and anybody who will play it.
