Not much in the way of releases this week, but for those who never bought the DS version, Trauma Center: Second Opinion (Wii) is an absolute must. It's highly atmospheric, entertaining, with a swift difficulty level to ensure you're still challenged. For those with the DS version, there's still new content here, ranging from the small inclusions of new surgical tools, to the larger changes such as new levels. Just buy it, really.
